Taylor Community is a not-for profit, charitable, Continuing Care Retirement Community now celebrating its 100th anniversary. The Incorporators act as ambassadors of the Taylor Community and elect a Board of Trustees and Board of Directors at their Annual Meeting each September.

The Trustees are responsible for the policymaking and operations of Taylor Community and consist of fourteen members from the Incorporators, one member from the Residents, and one member from the Directors. All members are volunteers.The Board of Directors primary responsibility is as an advocate for all Residents of the Taylor Community. The Board of Directors assist the Board of Trustees in the development of policies to ensure the continuance and excellence of the Taylor Community.
