Thursday – May 16 – Program on Vision Loss will be presented at Woodside by Bill York from Live Free Home Health Care at 11 a.m.  Call Dial-A-Ride at 366-1234 if you need a ride.

Tuesday, May 21 - Woodside Evening Meal - 5-7 p.m. Roasted Quartered Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Swiss Chard, $13, or Grilled House-Rubbed Rib Eye Steak with Baked Sweet Potato and Sauteed Corn, $18. Choice of Garden Salad or Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Chef's Choice Dessert.

Wednesday – May 22 – Independent Resident's Community Social and Buffet will be held at Woodside beginning with a 5 p.m. social followed by dinner at 6. Hors d'Oeuvres: Herb-Parmesan Chicken Wings,Mini Quiche, Fruit and Cheese Display. Garden Salad. Entrees: Prime Rib with Pan Jus, Herb and Panko Crusted Cod, Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Chicken. Sides: Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Snap Peas and Pearl Onions, Creamed Spinach. Dessert Bar. Please call Barbara Miles prior to noon on May 18 at 527-3730 for reservations.

Sunday – May 26 – Independent Residents’ Memorial Day Cookout under the white tent @ noon.  Please bring what you would like to grill and something to share. There will be no rain date so pray for fair weather.

Monday – May 27 – Memorial Day Observance Flag Pole Ceremonies:  9:45 a.m. at the Taylor Home flagpole and 10:45 a.m. at the Ledgeview flagpole.  Ceremonies will be held inside if inclement weather.

Tuesday - May 28 - Woodside Evening Meal - 5-7 p.m. Grilled Marinated Pork Chop with Hot Cinnamon Apples, Twice-Baked Potato and Asparagus, $15, or Meatloaf with Sweet Fried and Steam Broccoli $14. Choice of Garden Salad or Tomato Bisque. Chef's Choice Dessert.

Thursday – May 30 – Taylor Community Volunteer Recruitment Campaign will be held at Woodside from 2–3:30 p.m.
