Tai Chi with Russ Jones
Tai Chi has been shown to: lower levels of depression, stress and anxiety; improve energy and stamina and add enhanced flexibility, balance and agility.
Classes will be held March 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 10 a.m. in Taylor Community’s Woodside Studio. They are open to the public for $12 per class. No registration required – just come and try it out!
